WE ARE HIRING – FAÇADE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Façade Construction Manager to join our Projects / Site Operations team in the UAE.

Location: UAE Experience: 8–12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise aluminium and glass façade installation works.
• Handle curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, skylights and canopies.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications and safety standards.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities and project progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production and project teams.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality, productivity, workforce and project deadlines.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in façade installation and site management.
• Strong technical knowledge of unitized, stick, curtain wall and structural glazing systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large site teams and subcontractors.
• UAE project experience will be an advantage.
