Wills Restaurant and Cafe** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Blueprint & Drawing Review: Read and interpret structural blueprints, CAD models, and architectural drawings to create detailed shop drawings and cutting lists. - Process Planning: Determine efficient manufacturing sequences, including cutting, bending, machining, and welding operations. - Material Management: Select appropriate raw materials (like steel or aluminum), calculate material requirements, and manage bills of materials (BOM). - Quality Control (QA/QC): Enforce safety regulations, inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, and oversee welding code compliance. - Process Optimization: Apply lean manufacturing methods to reduce waste, minimize cycle times, and improve workshop productivity. Core Requirements & Skills - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (like AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, and arc welding). - Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machinery, resolve shop-floor assembly issues, and correct defects quickly.
