Department: Food & Beverage Designation: F&B Steward Location: Andheri East, Airport Road Metro Station, Mumbai – 400059 Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented F&B Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner. Set up tables, restaurant areas, and service stations before operations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards. Ensure timely and efficient guest service during operations. Clear and reset tables promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, equipment, and restaurant premises. Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing. Follow proper service procedures and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and other F&B team members for smooth service. Handle guest requests and communicate complaints to the Captain or Manager. Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet. Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment. Support banquet, events, room service, and other F&B operations when required. Promote additional food and beverage items whenever appropriate. Minimize breakage and wastage of F&B equipment and supplies. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct at all times. Skills & Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. Guest-oriented and service-focused approach. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good grooming and personal hygiene. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic knowledge of menu items and service procedures. Qualification Hotel Management / HM Diploma preferred. Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management/F&B Service is an advantage. Freshers and candidates with relevant hospitality experience may apply.
