Key responsibilities Report to our General Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations and drive performance of our Chinese Restaurant and Club Café Lead and monitor the service teams to provide highest standard of personalised service to members and the kitchen teams in food production to ensure the quality and consistency of food items Manage team performance by providing operation procedures, supervision and professional training Strategic planning, budgeting, manpower and cost control Provide recommendations on cuisines, wine, and promotion plans Compile revenue forecasts, sales analysis and operating reports Ensure compliance of legal regulations and sanitation standards Collaborate with other departments for implementation of promotion and event plans Attend club committee meetings, prepare agenda and minutes About you Diploma or above in Hotel or Catering Management or related discipline preferred Minimum of 3 years' experience at managerial level in both Chinese and Western restaurants, preferably gained in esteemed hotels or members' clubs Pro-active, customer oriented and able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI enabled tools is a plus Experience with Seito POS system is an advantage Benefits Competitive remuneration package Career advancement opportunities Double pay and performance bonus Duty meal Birthday leave Life insurance Group medical About us Kowloon Tong Club is looking for a high caliber professional for our food and beverage operations.
