Exterior Project Manager
Position Description: Premier home remodeling company with decades of proven success and expertise is looking for an Exteriors Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience specializing in exterior building construction with the ability to manage all aspects of exterior projects. Candidate must have field experience managing, windows, sidings and roofing crews. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and experience in decking, framing, concrete and masonry as well. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of multiple exterior remodels ensuring a professional job is being built to high quality standards - Communicate with clients on a regular basis to keep them well informed and ensure client satisfaction - Develop and maintain a construction job schedule - Supervise all subcontractors to ensure accuracy and quality - Ability to perform material take-offs in the field and by architectural drawings, obtain bids and create purchase orders. For all exterior finishes, including windows and doors - Coordinate the timely purchasing and delivery of all project materials - Track material availability of all exterior building material purchases - Write work orders for exterior trades - Manage project budgets, and control costs - Ability to create scope of work, price and produce change orders as needed.
