WE ARE HIRING – EXPORT SALES MANAGER

Cosmetics & Personal Care Products | Africa & GCC Markets

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Export Sales Manager to develop international sales, appoint distributors and expand market coverage across African countries and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export sales, international marketing and distributor development.

Identify, negotiate with and appoint importers, distributors, wholesalers and local business partners.

Develop new business across Africa and the GCC countries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and distribution networks.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions and distribution agreements.

Manage export enquiries, quotations, orders, shipments and customer follow-ups.

Develop country-wise sales strategies, market-entry plans and sales targets.

Attend international trade fairs and business meetings to generate new opportunities.

Maintain export sales reports, forecasts, market intelligence and customer databases.

Coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to support compliant international exports.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales of cosmetics, skincare, personal care or beauty products.

Strong knowledge of African and GCC markets.

Existing contacts with importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail chains are highly desirable.

Proven export sales record supported by verifiable reports and business achievements.

Experience in international negotiations, distributor appointment and market development.

Strong communication, negotiation and business-development skills.

Excellent English communication; French and Arabic are significant advantages.

Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures and country-specific product registration requirement.
