Material and Finish Selection: Curate high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the luxury experience and elevate the overall design aesthetic. Spatial Planning and Layout: Utilize spatial planning techniques to optimize flow, functionality, and aesthetics within luxury environments. Design layouts that prioritize comfort, exclusivity, and visual impact. Visualization and Presentation: Create compelling visualizations, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders. Trend Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in experiential design. Continuously seek opportunities to push the boundaries of experiential design and deliver unique, cutting-edge solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience (3+) in experiential design, with a focus on luxury environments and activations. Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects. Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Keyshot, and V-Ray (Unreal is a plus). Exceptional creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
