Part-time Experienced Tax Preparer / Accountant

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Tax Preparer / Accountant to join our team in Eagle Point.

We are looking for a dependable professional who can work independently, accurately prepare tax returns, and assist with accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns.
• Review financial records and tax documents for accuracy.
• Perform bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Licensed Tax Preparer (LTP) license required.
• Previous professional tax preparation experience required.
• Accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax preparation software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel preferred.

Position Details

• Part-time position.
• In-office position in Eagle Point, Oregon.
• Hours may increase during tax season.
