What we Offer: Medical, dental, vision Supportive managerial staff Latest tools and technology 401K Paid Time Off Training – process, product and customer service Career growth Responsibilities: Serve as liaison between techs and customers Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time and preferred method – phone call, text or e-mail Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Requirements: Proven and verifiable record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must Highline Experience is a plus High energy level, and warm friendly personality Stay current with product and CSI training A desire for a long term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity ADP, as well as some in-lane tablet experience a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year About Us: Pepe Auto Group believes our success is attributed to our employees.
