Key Responsibilities Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. Achieve monthly sales and registration targets . Convert enquiries and leads into course registrations. Explain courses, fees, schedules, payment plans and institute policies to students. Handle the complete student registration and admission process . Coordinate with students regarding class schedules, trainers, assessments and course requirements. Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of classes. Follow up with students regarding pending/balance payments . Maintain accurate records of registrations, payments, follow-ups and student information. Handle student queries and provide professional customer service. Support the day-to-day operations of the institute when required. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective students. Be flexible with working hours when required to accommodate customer/student availability . Follow up consistently with leads until conversion or closure. Requirements Previous sales experience is mandatory. Candidates with experience in education/training sales, tele-sales, admissions or customer service will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive communication style. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills. Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic MS Office. Must be target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated . Must have a valid own UAE visa . Candidates available to join immediately are preferred. Must be flexible to communicate with customers outside standard working times when necessary. Compensation AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month , depending on experience and suitability for the role. The position is target-driven , and candidates must be comfortable working with monthly sales and registration targets.
