The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE property market, excellent client-management skills, and a proven ability to convert opportunities through professional follow-up, negotiation, and market knowledge. Responsibilities Advise buyers and investors on Abu Dhabi residential properties Handle off-plan and resale transactions Manage company-generated and self-generated leads Conduct property presentations, consultations, meetings, and viewings Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM records Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, projects, pricing, and market trends Build and maintain long-term client relationships Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience Abu Dhabi market experience strongly preferred Proven track record in property sales Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market transactions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Professional English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage Strong follow-up and client-management skills Comfortable using CRM systems and handling digital leads Professional appearance and strong client-facing skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred What We Offer Competitive commission structure Company-generated leads Access to major Abu Dhabi developers and projects Marketing and digital advertising support CRM and operational support Market research and property data to support client discussions Professional working environment Strong opportunity for long-term career growth We are looking for experienced professionals who understand that successful real estate brokerage is built on market knowledge, credibility, consistent follow-up, and client trust.
