We specialize in Roofing, One-Day Bath Installs, Walk-in tubs, Siding, Windows and Doors. We are launching a new division in the Greater Chicagoland area in the first phase of our growth strategy and we will be servicing a 90 minute driving radius from our office in Elgin, IL! We are looking for experienced in-home sales professionals with experience in roofing or bathroom remodels. A minimum of 1 year experience is required for this role. 2G is a family owned business. Prequalified leads and appointments will be provided. Some prospecting, appointment setting required by calling WARM, inbound social media leads Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Manage customer accounts using CRM software Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and territory management plans Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client retention and loyalty Experience Proven success in outside Home Improvement sales, Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management Strong negotiation, analysis skills, and ability to deliver compelling product demos Familiarity with marketing strategies, inside/outside sales techniques, and retail or direct sales environments Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Benefits: Company car Employee discount Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Work Location: Hybrid remote in Elgin, IL 60123
