This is an exceptional opportunity for an established attorney who has built a successful practice and is looking for the next chapter in a successful career: the ability to continue developing their own client base while becoming an integral part of an established firm, with the long-term opportunity to assume a significant leadership role. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in family law cases from start to finish as first or second chair, strong courtroom and litigation skills, excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. What We Offer: - The ability to maintain and grow your existing practice while benefiting from the infrastructure and resources of an established boutique firm. - A dedicated office at our Woburn location, with access to conference rooms and office space at both locations. - Reception, administrative, bookkeeping, and day-to-day firm management support. - Eligibility to participate in the firm's retirement and health benefit programs. Responsibilities include client consultations, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, court appearances for motions, pre-trial conferences and trials, and handling all other aspects of domestic relations litigation. This is more than an Of Counsel position. It is an opportunity for the right attorney to join an established practice, build upon their existing success, and work towards a leadership role in the firm.
