You will carry out treatments and aftercare for clients, keep our standards of safety and care high, and help us keep our 5-star rating across more than 10,000 reviews. Key responsibilities Client treatments - Carry out patch tests and pre-treatment checks before each course of treatment - Deliver laser, skin and wellness treatments safely and to clinic protocols (see the treatment list below) - Follow each client's agreed treatment plan and recommend suitable products and aftercare - Give clear aftercare advice and follow up on client progress and results Safety and compliance - Follow all health and safety, infection control and laser safety procedures - Keep accurate, confidential client records, consent forms and treatment notes in line with GDPR - Check, clean and report faults on equipment, and keep treatment rooms clean and well stocked Client experience and the clinic - Give every client a warm, professional and personal experience from arrival to aftercare - Encourage clients to leave reviews and handle any concerns calmly, escalating to the Clinic Manager where needed - Support rebookings, retail sales and clinic targets - Help with reception, bookings and stock when the clinic is busy - Attend training on new treatments, products and technology, and share knowledge with the team Treatment experience Experience in some of these is desirable — not all are essential, and full training is provided. Area Treatments Laser hair removal Soprano and Candela systems Laser skin Harmony Pro Facials and peels HydraFacial, chemical peels Skin rejuvenation Radio frequency (RF), microneedling, mesotherapy PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) treatments IV drip therapy Essential - Proven experience as an aesthetic, beauty or skin therapist in a clinic or salon - NVQ/VRQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent - Excellent customer service and a positive, professional manner - Highly motivated, punctual and reliable - Able to multitask in a busy clinic - Willing to learn new skills and take up opportunities across the business Desirable - Level 4 Laser and IPL qualification and Core of Knowledge certificate - Level 4 or 5 qualifications in skin peels, microneedling or advanced skin treatments - IV therapy, phlebotomy or PRF training - Experience hitting sales or rebooking targets What we offer - Competitive salary plus commission and performance bonuses - Full training on all treatments, products and technology, with ongoing development - Hands-on experience with the latest equipment in the aesthetics industry - Staff discounts on treatments and products - Career progression across a growing UK clinic group - A friendly, supportive team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour Expected hours: 33.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: - Company events - Employee discount - On-site parking Licence/Certification: - NVQ Level 4 Beauty Therapy (required) Work Location: In person
