Experienced Appointment Setter – Warm Leads

Aurora Vacation Homes is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to contact people who have expressed interest in our services.

Your main responsibility will be calling leads from our existing lead list, understanding their needs and arranging appointments for our sales team. This is a warm-lead position ; no cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads interested in our services
• Understand each lead’s requirements and provide initial information
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team
• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations and follow-ups
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to proceed

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales or a similar role is required
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Organised, reliable and consistent with follow-ups
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
