The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing precise cost estimates, quantities take-offs, and project budgets to facilitate efficient planning and execution. Preferably, candidates will have piling experience to enhance project understanding. The role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of analyzing project specifications, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will contribute to accurate tendering, cost management, and project delivery. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for various construction and engineering projects. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to determine material and labor requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to develop accurate budgets. Review and validate supplier quotes, subcontractor bids, and market rates to ensure competitiveness. Monitor project costs during execution to identify variances and recommend corrective actions. Assist in the development of tender documents and bid proposals. Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, calculations, and supporting documentation. Stay updated on industry pricing trends, material costs, technological advancements affecting estimation processes, and piling techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a master's degree is preferred. At least 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry. Preferably with piling experience. Proficiency in estimation software tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, market conditions, and piling techniques. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
