Experience Host
Job description: The Experience Host is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for guests by operating and supervising Boo Boo Laand's attractions. The role requires an experienced team member who can confidently manage advanced attractions, interact with children and families, and support venue operations. The Experience Host is also expected to utilize additional skills, such as face painting, balloon art, mascot appearances, or child care certifications, to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and operate assigned attractions while ensuring the safety of all guests. Monitor children's play activities and ensure all attraction rules and safety procedures are followed. Assist guests with attraction usage and provide clear instructions when required. Deliver excellent customer service and create a fun, welcoming environment for children and families. Support advanced attractions requiring additional experience or technical knowledge. Perform face painting, balloon art, mascot appearances, or character interactions, when assigned. Provide first aid assistance when required and report any incidents in accordance with company procedures. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of attraction areas throughout the day. Conduct routine safety checks and immediately report any maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with birthday parties, school trips, camps, and other events when required. Support crowd management during busy periods and ensure smooth guest flow. Work closely with the Events, Operations, and Guest Experience teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Actively participate in all required internal and external training programs. Follow all company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Assist with other venue operational tasks as assigned by the Manager. Always be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance. Educational Qualification and Experience: Secondary/High School qualification. Minimum 2 years' experience in a family entertainment center, amusement park, children's play facility, hospitality, or a similar customer service environment. Experience operating attractions or recreational equipment is preferred. Additional skills such as face painting, balloon twisting, mascot or character performance, or children's entertainment are highly desirable. Certified First Aider and/or relevant certifications in childcare, child safeguarding, or recreational activities are an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with children and families. Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you able to join immediately?
