We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and results-driven Executive Vice President of Regional Operations to lead regional business strategy, oversee operational performance, and drive sustainable growth across assigned markets. In this executive role, you will oversee regional planning, business development, operational execution, resource allocation, and leadership alignment. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to strengthen regional market presence, improve organizational effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that regional initiatives align with the company’s long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Regional Strategy: Develop and execute regional business strategies that support organizational growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and advance the company’s strategic priorities.
• Regional Operations Management: Oversee regional operations, establish performance standards, and ensure consistent execution of business objectives across assigned markets and departments.
• Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, evaluate regional business trends, build strategic relationships, and support initiatives that expand the company’s regional presence.
• Performance Management & Reporting: Establish regional performance indicators, monitor business results, evaluate operational effectiveness, and implement improvement plans to achieve regional targets.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee regional budgets, allocate resources effectively, monitor operating expenses, and collaborate with finance leadership to support financial performance and sustainable growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and department heads to coordinate regional initiatives, align business priorities, resolve operational challenges, and support organization-wide objectives.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, develop, and mentor regional executives and management teams while establishing clear accountability, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in regional management, business operations, strategic planning, or a related field, including significant experience in executive or senior leadership roles.
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience leading regional business operations, managing cross-functional teams, executing growth strategies, and delivering measurable improvements in business performance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field required. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Regional Business Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in regional strategy, market expansion, operational management, business development, organizational planning, and performance optimization.
• Analytical & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of regional budgeting, financial performance analysis, resource allocation, operational metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, build relationships across markets, communicate strategic priorities effectively, and lead geographically distributed teams.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
