Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to organise health and wellness workshops, campaigns and educational talks. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee Prepare and submit required incident reports to the relevant ministries and government agencies within established timelines. Assist in reviewing and enhancing Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) to better support employees. Coordinate and execute key employee health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. Develop employee engagement initiatives aimed at improving staff morale, workplace satisfaction and retention. Administer mental wellness surveys, evaluate findings and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions and interventions. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in employee wellbeing, staff engagement, organisational culture or a related HR function. Experience in developing HR metrics, reports and/or dashboards would be an added advantage.
