About the Role The Executive, Talent Acquisition & People Operations supports the attraction, hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes across Yamazaki Mazak Singapore. The role serves as the primary coordinator for professional, executive, and support staff recruitment while also providing operational HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, employees, and HR stakeholders to deliver an efficient, people-centric experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (60%) Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for executive, professional, commercial, and support functions. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment partners. Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication. Coordinate offer preparation and pre-employment processes. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards. Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and pipeline health. Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives. Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs. Support strategic and critical recruitment projects led by the HCM Lead. People Operations (40%) Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation. Prepare employment contracts and employee letters. Support employee lifecycle transactions including confirmation, promotion, transfer, and resignation. Maintain employee records and data accuracy within Workday. Support payroll and benefits administration activities. Coordinate employee engagement and communication activities. Assist with performance review and annual HR cycles. Support HR process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide first-level HR support for employee enquiries. Coordinate with HR vendors and external service providers. Requirements & Competencies Education & Professional Background Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. Candidates with a Diploma and relevant experience may also be considered. 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for executive, professional, and support functions. Exposure to onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, and employee experience initiatives. Experience working with hiring managers and external recruitment partners in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical workforce recruitment experience would be an advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics/reporting tools. Professional HR certifications (e.g., IHRP-CP, IHRP-ACP, SHRM-CP, CIPD Foundation/Associate) are advantageous but not mandatory.
