Create floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery, and stone layout drawings. Develop cutting plans to optimize material usage and reduce wastage. Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site feedback. Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, and Factory teams. Attend project kick-off meetings and resolve drawing-related technical queries. Conduct site visits to verify measurements and update drawings according to actual site conditions. Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and digital records. Prepare as-built drawings after project completion. Recommend improvements to drafting standards and workflows. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field. 3–6 years of drafting/design experience. Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or architectural projects preferred. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit knowledge is a plus. Strong understanding of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, construction methods, and drafting standards. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Pay: AED4,106.75 - AED5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
