You’ll work directly with the CEO/Founder across multiple growing businesses, helping keep things moving behind the scenes while taking a major role in social media and marketing. We’re not looking for someone who “knows” social media. We’re looking for an expert. You should know how to create content that gets attention, grow engagement, spot trends, understand analytics, run paid campaigns and know what’s working (and what isn’t) across today’s major social platforms. What you’ll be doing: - Own day-to-day social media across multiple platforms - Create, edit, schedule and publish content - Bring fresh ideas instead of waiting to be told what to post - Manage Meta/Instagram, TikTok and other paid social campaigns - Track performance and recommend what we should do next - Stay ahead of trends, platform changes and new opportunities - Assist with influencer outreach, e-commerce, email marketing and podcast promotion - Provide direct administrative support to the CEO/Founder - Handle scheduling, correspondence, follow-ups, CRM updates and projects - Help keep priorities organized and moving forward Proactive is a MUST. If you see something that could be better, you bring it up. If you have an idea, you run with it. If something needs to get done, you don’t wait to be asked. Because you’ll be working directly with the CEO/Founder and communicating with clients and business partners, you must also be polished and professional in all forms of communication. This is NOT an entry-level position. Significant professional social media experience and expertise are required. This is a hybrid position and you must be local to the Frankfort, New Lenox, Mokena or Orland Park area. Think you’re the right fit?
