RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS Handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries. Establish client relationship and build rapport. Generating of new corporate clients through cold calling. Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection. Prepare event order according to established S.O.P. Maintain all Catering and Conference files in accordance with established procedures and standard. Prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department. Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions. Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to achieve monthly sales targets. REQUIREMENTS “O” Level / Diploma in the Hospitality industry. Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage. Able to converse effectively in English and Chinese to handle both English and Chinese speaking customers. Must be self-driven and sales orientated. Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual and yet as a team member. Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
