Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, headhunting, and networking. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures. Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Managing onboarding, joining formalities and induction of new joiners. Key Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong expertise in headhunting, talent mapping, and candidate sourcing. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines. Experience in the Building Materials, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector will be an added advantage.
