Executive – LS Retail
Role Summary Responsible for supporting and maintaining LS Retail / Navision and POS systems across Duty Free / Travel Retail locations, ensuring smooth retail operations, system availability, data accuracy and timely resolution of issues. Reports To IT Manager Key Responsibilities Manage and support LS Retail, Navision and POS systems across all locations. Monitor data replication and LS Retail–SAP integration . Maintain and monitor SQL Server databases . Provide functional and technical support to retail users. Troubleshoot issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) . Manage system changes, testing, UAT and deployment. Prepare functional documents, test cases and user guides. Provide POS/LS Retail training to users. Coordinate with L2 support vendors and monitor SLA performance . Support new Duty Free store/location implementations and system enhancements. Key Result Areas LS Retail & POS system availability. Timely incident resolution and SLA compliance. Data accuracy and successful system integration. Effective user support and training. Successful change implementation and system improvements. Competencies LS Retail / Microsoft Dynamics NAV. POS and retail systems. SQL Server. SAP integration and data replication. Troubleshooting and RCA. Functional analysis, testing and UAT. Vendor and stakeholder management. Good communication and customer-service skills. Qualification Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field . 1+ years' experience in LS Retail / Microsoft Dynamics NAV support. Experience in Duty Free, Travel Retail or multi-location retail preferred. LS Retail / Microsoft Dynamics certification is an advantage. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
