Key Responsibilities Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, schedules, and daily priorities. Drive daily follow-ups with department heads and teams to ensure timely execution. Coordinate meetings, document MOMs, and track action points and deadlines. Monitor project planning, progress, deliverables, and pending approvals. Ensure effective communication and alignment across departments. Maintain task trackers, reports, and management updates. Assist with business planning, research, presentations, and special projects. Identify bottlenecks, resolve coordination gaps, and escalate critical issues. Handle confidential information and executive communications professionally. Requirements 3–10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Associate, or Executive Coordinator. Strong preference for candidates with prior experience working directly with a Founder, CEO, or Director. Excellent communication, organisation, planning, and follow-up skills. Strong ownership, leadership coordination, and project management abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
