Other facilities include restaurants, lounge, banquet rooms and health club. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Yau Tsim Mong (Yau Ma Tei, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Mong Kok). We are now invite high caliber candidates for the following position: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, drive revenue growth, optimize operational costs, and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and excellence of service. Job descriptions: Hotel Operations Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments. Ensure consistent implementation of hotel standards, policies and SOPs. Monitor operational performance and address service issues promptly. Maintain seamless coordination between Rooms Division, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Back-of-House departments. Lead daily operations meetings and management briefings. Financial Performance Management: Support the General Manager in achieving annual business plans and budgets. Monitor hotel revenue, profitability, and expense controls. Review departmental financial performance regularly. Identify revenue enhancement and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure all departments meet budget targets. Leadership & Talent Development: Develop Department Heads and future leaders and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. Support succession planning initiatives. Work closely with HR on employee engagement and retention strategies. Guest Experience & Brand Reputation: Ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel. Monitor guest feedback platforms and online reputation scores. Resolve major guest concerns and VIP matters. Enhance loyalty guest satisfaction and repeat business. Rooms Division Performance: Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations. Ensure room quality standards are maintained. Maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legals, safety, hygiene, and company regulations. Lead crisis management and emergency response planning. Maintain food, workplace safety, and risk management programs. Ensure successful audit outcomes. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement: Participate in annual strategic planning and budgeting. Lead operational improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Support hotel expansion, renovation, or change management projects. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role or with luxury hotel experience will be an advantage. ​Calm and decisive under pressure, capable of handling high guest issues and emergencies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of local governmental regulations and hotel compliance standards. Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and a passion for guest service excellence. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of local or additional languages is a strong advantage. We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
