Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and IT-related tasks to drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Director’s travel schedules and appointments to optimize time and priorities

Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations and enhance workflow efficiency

Communicate professionally with overseas colleagues to facilitate smooth collaboration and information exchange

Use MS Office 365 and SharePoint to create, organize, and manage documents and data effectively

Coordinate with external vendors to resolve IT-related service requests, ensuring timely technical support

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

Demonstrate resourcefulness by proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain operational continuity

Maintain strong interpersonal communication with a friendly, confident, and proactive approach to foster teamwork

Adapt to changing priorities and organize work efficiently to support dynamic business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in any discipline

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience demonstrating administrative and communication skills

Self-motivated team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision
