Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to join our production company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue through the planning and execution of various events. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, event management skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for events.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Collaborate with the production team to create tailored event packages that meet client needs and expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the event industry.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events to foster repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the event management or production industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for events and a creative mindset.
