We design, print, fabricate and install signage and large-format graphics for offices, buildings, retail spaces and events across the Bay Area. Our shop is in the Bayview and our crews work all over the Bay Area. Half of our work is events and experiential: booths, SEG fabric backdrops, environmental graphics and full venue branding for conferences, activations and large-scale productions. We're hiring a second Event Project Manager to run events end to end alongside our current PM. In events the date cannot move. Your job is to make sure that on the morning of the event, everything is printed, loaded, delivered and installed — and that nothing about it was a surprise. What you'll do Run the project from kickoff to closeout, working backwards from the event date Coordinate with venues: load-in windows, dock access, badges, permits, certificates of insurance Keep every job documented and current in Monday, our project system Chase artwork through to client approval before it reaches production Be on site for install and strike — this is not a desk-only role Close the project out: final walkthrough, photos, and a clean handoff back to the account owner Flag a problem the day you see it, not the week of the event What we're looking for 2+ years coordinating events, trade shows, productions, or projects with a hard deadline Someone organized enough to hold twenty moving pieces without a single one going quiet Comfortable talking to venue operations staff, vendors and clients Calm on site when something doesn't match the plan — because it will Available for early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends when that's the only install window a venue gives us English and Spanish is a strong plus — our shop and crew work in both Valid driver's license Experience with signage, print or fabrication is a plus, not a requirement — we'll teach you the materials What we offer $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Full time, hourly and overtime eligible — we pay for the hours the job actually takes Paid sick leave under San Francisco law A clear path: this role grows into owning the delivered margin of your projects, not just the delivery Work at venues and events you'll recognize across the Bay Area Schedule and location Based at our shop at 2265 Revere Ave, San Francisco, and on site at venues across the Bay Area. Monday to Friday, with early mornings, evenings and weekends as event load-ins require. Overtime is paid at the rate California law requires.
