# Event-Project Manager **Sound Star Events** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Manager SALES & PROJECT MANAGEMENT Reports to: Senior Project Manager / Operations Director Department: Sales & PM Direct reports: None (matrix authority over crew on assigned jobs) Location: Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi (regular on-site time) Role summary: Runs small to medium events end-to-end. Working their way toward Senior PM. Key responsibilities: Take handoff from Sales on assigned jobs; build spec, equipment list, crew plan, schedule. Build and own the job budget. Issue the Call Sheet for assigned events at least 48h before call time. Coordinate with Warehouse on prep and any sub-rental needs. Book freelance crew within the approved roster. On-site for load-in, show, and load-out. Lead post-event debrief; reconcile costs and raise the invoice. Qualifications & experience: 3+ years in AVL or Event Production , ideally with PM or coordinator experience. Solid technical literacy across audio, lighting, and video. Strong organisation; uses the rental system and the calendar religiously. Comfortable client-facing. UAE driving licence essential.
