Job Duties - Attending production meetings, meeting the requirements of our clients, and doing on-site execution on the event date - Co-ordinating with in-house designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events - Assisting the team in managing client's portfolio - Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks Vacancy Requirements - At least 2 years experience or related - Strong interpersonal and customer relations - Self motivated and able to work under pressure - Conversant in English and Mandarin - Good organizational skills with outstanding attention to details - Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team - Quick thinking and positive attitude Salary and benefits will commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
