Job Description

Nexrevive is looking for an experienced and highly organized Event Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong production management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and experience managing event operations, suppliers, contractors, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full production of events.
• Manage event timelines, production schedules, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, event organizers, suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Supervise event setup, staging, lighting, sound, audiovisual equipment, and dismantling.
• Manage production budgets, quotations, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all event activities comply with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure smooth event execution.
• Lead and coordinate production crew and technical teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all production requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Event Management, Production, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event production or event management.
• Proven experience handling corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, or large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, AV systems, and event production equipment.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during event days when required.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

A hands-on professional who can independently manage event production operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality events within deadlines and budgets.
