Europe Engagement Sr Specialist

Purpose of the Role The Europe Engagement Specialist drives Prysmian’s engagement agenda across the region, helping leaders turn employee feedback into meaningful actions that improve team performance, leadership effectiveness, and the employee experience. Working closely with HR Directors, HR Managers, Plant Managers, and business leaders, the role acts as a catalyst for engagement—challenging, influencing, coordinating, and supporting stakeholders at every level of the organization. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, translating data into action, and ensuring engagement initiatives deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Drive the Europe Engagement Agenda Deploy the Gallup Survey (and any adhoc survey) within the region ensuring representative participation and full coverage. Co-Lead engagement initiatives across Europe and coordinate the annual survey cycle. Monitor engagement trends and identify priorities for action. Ensure a consistent approach across plants, functions, countries, and clusters. Build a clear engagement narrative that connects employee feedback, leadership behaviors, and business priorities. Partner with Leaders Support Plant Managers, HR teams, and leaders in understanding results and building action plans. Facilitate debriefs, workshops, and discussions that drive accountability and action. Promote engagement as a core leadership responsibility. Spend time in plants to understand shopfloor realities and provide adapted, practical support. Activate and Animate the HR Community Animate the Engage Live community and encourage active participation. Develop engagement capabilities within the HR community. Facilitate webinars, working sessions, and best-practice sharing. Provide tools, guidance, and support for local deployment. Connect Group, Europe, and Local Teams Translate Group guidance into practical actions for Europe. Coordinate deployment across countries and clusters. Act as the link between Group HR, Europe leadership, HR teams, and the business. Create Practical Tools and Communication Develop manager toolkits, guides, communications, and learning resources. Deliver clear, simple, and actionable messages that support engagement in both operational and office environments. Turn Insights into Action Analyze engagement data and identify improvement opportunities. Track action plans and measure impact. Ensure high standards of rigor, consistency, and follow-through across all engagement activities. What Makes Success in This Role? Influencing without authority. Challenging leaders constructively. Passion for people, leadership development, and organizational culture. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
