You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications and efficient ETL workflows. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Documentation: Work directly with business stakeholders to capture data requirements for analytics projects, document transformation logic, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all ETL deliverables. ETL & Data Integration: Design, build, and optimize ETL workflows using SAP BODS. Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and data dependency analysis from staging environments to final reporting tables. Data Warehousing & Querying: Author complex SQL queries for data analysis, profiling, and ad-hoc business requests. Ensure data modeling, dimensional structures, and target state implementations adhere to best practices. Quality & Support: Perform root-cause analysis, data validation, and unit/integration testing to resolve ETL issues. Assist with production deployments and post-implementation monitoring. Collaboration: Partner with IT and user adoption teams to map out process changes, ensuring alignment between data infrastructure components and overall business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on ETL processes, data warehousing, and data migration. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Core Technical Tooling: Hands-on experience developing, troubleshooting, and deploying data integration jobs using SAP BODS . Database & SQL Expertise: Strong proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) with expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Data Analysis & Mapping: Demonstrated expertise in source-to-target data mapping, data profiling, root cause investigation, data fixes, and data reconciliation. Testing & Deployment: Proven experience in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployment support. Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working on a Hybrid arrangement in Old Balara, Quezon City (1–2 days/week onsite)? The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift). Does this align with your availability?
