Conduct index replication and portfolio construction across physical and synthetic (swap-based) structures where applicable. Monitor derivatives used for exposure management. Conduct ETF analysis, including market research, feasibility studies, index methodology assessment, trading volumes. Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective product governance. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4 years of Hong Kong public equity fund management experience, including at least 2 years of direct ETF portfolio management experience. Demonstrated experience in ETF management, including creation/redemption process, coordination with market makers, rebalancing, liquidity management, and tracking error analysis. Proficiency in Bloomberg, portfolio management systems. Great communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Mandarin, English; Cantonese preferred. Full-time
