Estimator/Project Manager/Budget Officer/Draftman for Metal Works & Industries

We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager/Budget Officer/ Draftsman to join our metal works team. In this multifunctional role, you will bridge engineering design, financial planning, and project execution. You will translate client requirements into technical drawings, prepare precise cost estimates, manage project budgets, and oversee fabrication and installation projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage projects from engineering and design through fabrication, installation, and final handover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with contractual commitments.
• Coordinate manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and site installation activities.
• Monitor daily project progress and resolve execution challenges.
• Conduct project progress meetings and issue regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with factory and production teams for fabrication planning.
• Monitor production schedules, material availability, and manufacturing progress.
• Ensure fabrication quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Coordinate steel fabrication, aluminium fabrication, welding, cutting, painting and finishing activities.
• Ensure materials and components are available before mobilizing installation teams.
• Minimize material wastage, production delays and rework.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
