Estimator/Project Manager We are currently seeking to add an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to our rapidly growing team. The position would include salary and benefits. Only candidates that are highly motivated, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational skills will be considered. In addition, excellent customer service skills and some sales experience are also required. Additional Preferred Strengths: Bachelor’s degree Prior Project Management Experience Strong understanding of budgeting and basic accounting principals Estimating experience in construction and working with On Screen Takeoff (OST) Specialty experience in: waterproofing, sealants, firestopping, fireproofing, spray foam Good computer skills for Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, Office 365, SharePoint Strong scheduling and time management skills.
