Our concrete construction projects consist of residential and commercial work. We are looking for Concrete Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Engineer Estimator Requirements We do not offer working remotely. Must be present in the office and for jobsite meetings. Prefer bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree. Minimum of 5 years construction estimating experience. Experience associated with concrete construction. Highly organized, verbal and written effective communication abilities and strong critical thinking skills. Must be proficient with Excel, Blue Beam, and CAD files. Responsibilities Understanding project goals and deadlines. Reading and understanding bid instructions and detailed specifications of plan drawings. Developing accurate detailed take offs and estimates. Reading and understanding contractual terms and conditions. Prepare, review, and approve change orders, material orders, purchase orders, contracts, proposals, insurance requirements and any submitting submittals. Perform site visits and meetings for documentation. Cost effective estimating, inspect work in progress and completed. Ability to build positive and sustainable relationships with peers, subordinates, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
