Estimator – Landscaping Projects Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is hiring an experienced Estimator – Landscaping Projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in landscaping estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQs, tendering, pricing, variations, and cost control , with a strong understanding of landscaping and external works. Key Responsibilities Estimation & Quantity Take-Offs Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender pricing for landscaping projects. Review drawings, specifications, scope of work, tender documents, and project requirements . Measure quantities for hardscape, softscape, irrigation, planting, external works, and associated activities . Identify discrepancies, omissions, and scope gaps in drawings and tender documents. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and rate analysis for project items. Tendering & Pricing Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals within required deadlines. Analyze project requirements and develop competitive and commercially viable pricing. Obtain, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations . Coordinate with Procurement and project teams to obtain updated material, equipment, and subcontractor prices . Research market rates and identify cost-effective alternatives where required. Assist with commercial negotiations and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies. Variations & Cost Control Prepare, evaluate, and price variation orders, additional works, and change orders . Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts. Assist in identifying potential cost overruns, savings opportunities, and commercial risks . Maintain accurate cost records and supporting documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Post-Award & Commercial Support Prepare client payment applications, subcontractor evaluations, and payment certifications . Coordinate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors regarding project quantities, progress, variations, and commercial matters. Verify quantities and pricing against approved drawings, BOQs, contracts, and site requirements. Support project teams with cost-related information, measurements, and commercial documentation . Documentation & Coordination Maintain accurate estimation files, BOQs, cost sheets, rate analyses, quotations, and tender records . Maintain proper records of supplier and subcontractor quotations for future reference. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Operations, and Site Teams . Ensure all estimates and commercial submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines. Requirements Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Landscaping Estimator – Mandatory. Strong hands-on experience in landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, planting, and external works . Proven experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, tendering, pricing, rate analysis, variations, and cost estimation . Experience with client payment applications, subcontractor evaluations, and payment certifications is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel . Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents . Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial evaluation skills . Good understanding of landscaping materials, construction methods, and market rates. Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively. UAE landscaping/construction experience is preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
