The ideal candidate must have strong experience in landscaping estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQs, tendering, pricing, variations, and cost control . Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender pricing for landscaping projects. Review drawings, specifications, scope of work, and tender documents. Prepare and submit tenders and quotations within deadlines. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations . Coordinate with Procurement and project teams for material and subcontractor pricing. Prepare client payment applications, subcontractor evaluations, and payment certifications . Prepare and price variation orders and additional works . Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts. Assist with commercial negotiations and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies. Maintain accurate estimation records, cost sheets, and supporting documents . Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Operations teams. Requirements Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Landscaping Estimator – Mandatory. Strong experience in landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external works . Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQs, tendering, variations, and cost estimation . Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications . Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE landscaping/construction experience is preferred. Immediate joiners are preferred.
