Estimator – Exhibition, Display Solution, Signage , Kiosks

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with practical knowledge of advertising production, signage, exhibition stands, and custom display fabrication. The candidate must be capable of preparing accurate cost estimates from hand sketches, concept presentations, 3D renders, and client briefs, translating creative concepts into practical production requirements and commercially viable estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Review sketches, concept presentations, 3D renders, and client briefs to understand project scope and production requirements.
• Determine materials, fabrication methods, quantities, labour, finishing, transportation, and installation costs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for signage, exhibition stands, display units, and custom fabrication projects.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and sales teams to clarify requirements and obtain supplier quotations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, assess production feasibility, and ensure estimates meet targeted gross profit margins.
• Manage multiple estimation requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estimation within the advertising, signage, exhibition, or custom fabrication industry for Display stands , kiosks etc.
• Practical working knowledge of Carpentry / Joinery works, acrylic fabrication, metal fabrication, electrical works, LED signage, and signage/display fabrication techniques .
• Ability to interpret sketches and concept presentations and independently determine materials, production processes, labour, and installation requirements.
• Understanding of material costing, quantity calculations, wastage, supplier pricing, and gross profit margins.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
