# Estimator Engineer **Leelaak HR Solutions** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 28 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are Hiring Estimator Engineer - Joinery & Fit-out Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for joinery, interior fit-out, and civil works. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements. Prepare accurate material, labour, and subcontractor cost estimates. Coordinate with the design, procurement, production, and project teams to ensure accurate estimation. Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals within required deadlines. Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and potential cost risks. Conduct rate analysis and maintain updated cost databases. Support the commercial team during tender negotiations and project execution. Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with project specifications. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 3–4 years of relevant experience in estimation. Experience in joinery & interior fit-out projects is Mandatory. GCC experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of estimation/tendering software is an advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
