Key Responsibilities Cost Estimation & Control: Prepare and validate CAPEX/OPEX estimates, Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and control budgets aligned with ADNOC's Project Value Assurance Process (VAP). Planning & Scheduling: Develop integrated project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and critical path networks using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Risk & Change Management: Conduct quantitative risk analysis (QRA), cost contingency planning, and manage scope changes or delay claims. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor long-lead items and align forecasts with milestones. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Process Engineering. Experience: 8 to 15+ years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or mega EPC/PMC environments, with specific exposure to ADNOC guidelines. Software & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, advanced Excel, and industry estimating databases. Certifications: Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations are preferre Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
