Estimation Engineer- Interior Fitout & Joinery

Designation: Estimation Engineer - (Interior Fit out & Joinery)

Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/ Quantity surveying/ Interior Design or related field.

Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as QS Cum Estimator in Interior Fit - out & Joinery Division in UAE / GCC.

• UAE experience in fit-out, joinery, commercial, retail, hospitality, or luxury villa projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out/joinery materials, finishes, construction methods, and installation.
• Experience in BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tenders, variations, valuations, and commercial reports.
• Good understanding of procurement, supplier/subcontractor quotations, and UAE market rates.

Software & Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel – Mandatory
• AutoCAD
• PlanSwift, CostX, or equivalent estimation software
• Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
• BOQ, rate analysis, comparison sheets, and commercial report preparation
