# Estimation Engineer - Interior/ Fitout **3D Visualizer** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Overview: The Estimation Engineer will play a key role in preparing detailed and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, and cost estimates for Interior Fit-Out projects. You will work closely with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate tender submissions and cost-effective solutions for all stages of the project. Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs & Quotations: Create detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and prepare accurate quotations for materials, labor, and project components based on project drawings and specifications. Cost Estimation: Measure and calculate the cost of materials, labor, and other resources required for Interior Fit-Out projects, ensuring competitive and realistic estimates. Tender Submissions: Prepare comprehensive tender submissions, including all relevant documentation, project scopes, and cost breakdowns, while liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. Take-offs & Measurements: Perform accurate take-offs and measurements from project drawings, ensuring all elements are captured and accounted for in the estimates. Supplier & Subcontractor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing, quotes, and lead times, and ensure they are factored into project estimates. Cost Control: Assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle by ensuring estimates align with the actual project requirements and identifying opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all estimation documents, quotations, and tender submissions, and assist with reporting on project costs and progress. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer within the Interior Fit-Out industry, with a proven track record in preparing BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or other relevant tools for measurement, take-offs, and estimation. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Interior Fit-Out construction methods, materials, and cost management practices. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in measurements, take-offs, and cost estimation. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. UAE Market Experience: Previous experience working in the UAE market is preferred. Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
