The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions for construction and related projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material and manpower cost estimates. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare cost comparisons and commercial evaluations. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender preparation. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project requirements. Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines. Maintain updated records of market rates, supplier pricing, and previous project costs. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Estimation Engineer. Preferably with previous experience in Abu Dhabi/UAE projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, costing, and tendering. Good understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimation/engineering software. Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Candidates currently based in the UAE with Abu Dhabi project experience will be given preference. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
