# Estimation Engineer **Al Rasheediah Safety & Security Est.** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Estimator with experience in Fire Safety Maintenance to prepare quotations and cost estimates for fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire safety maintenance works. - Prepare quotations for fire safety maintenance and repair works . - Review maintenance reports, site inspection reports, and client requirements. - Prepare cost estimates for preventive and corrective maintenance works. - Estimate manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment. - Prepare quotations for fire alarm, fire fighting, fire pumps, and fire extinguishers maintenance. - Review service reports and identify required rectification works. - Coordinate with technicians and engineers to obtain accurate technical information. - Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations. - Prepare BOQs and detailed commercial offers. - Follow up with suppliers for material and spare parts prices. - Ensure quotations are accurate and submitted on time. - Maintain records of previous quotations, prices, and maintenance costs. - Requirements: - Previous experience as an Estimator in Fire Safety / Fire Protection Maintenance. - Good knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Pumps, and Fire Extinguishers. - Experience in preparing maintenance and repair quotations.
