Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment costs to ensure accurate budgeting. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and design teams to gather necessary information for estimates. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and technical data specific to sheet metal fabrication. Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including scope of work and pricing breakdowns for sheet metal projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, materials, and competitive pricing in the sheet metal industry to ensure accuracy in estimates. Conduct benchmarking against similar projects to validate cost assumptions related to sheet metal fabrication. Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive database of cost estimates, project specifications, and supplier information relevant to sheet metal fabrication. Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for future reference. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to management and clients as required. Monitor and track project budgets specific to sheet metal fabrication, providing regular updates and adjustments as necessary. Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to sheet metal fabrication. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
