In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering design, procurement, and client relations. You will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimations, and managing the entire technical submittal process from initial enquiry to final client approval. Key Responsibilities Estimation & Bidding: Prepare comprehensive quotations and cost estimates based on project specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and other technical enquiry documents. Technical Submittals: Create and compile material submittals, shop drawings, and other mandatory technical documentation in strict accordance with project criteria. Approval Management: Coordinate, track, and secure timely approvals from clients and consultants for all submitted shop drawings, materials, and technical files. Project Support: Support the Project Manager in overseeing site progress, proactively identifying, reporting, and resolving any technical deviations or variations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Follow up directly with clients regarding pending submittals and approvals to keep project timelines on track. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to source material rates, verify availability, and ensure engineering systems comply with project documents. Meeting Attendance: Participate in technical and progress meetings to resolve engineering queries and support smooth project delivery. Requirements & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, engineering methods, and standard site procedures. Analytical Skills: Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities for precise data estimation. Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD and MS Excel . Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Experience: 3-5 of experience in a similar technical, estimation, or tendering role within the construction/engineering sector. Pay: AED2,422.97 - AED9,359.80 per month Work Location: In person
